Lost /Stolen Packages
Posh Boss by Bee Boutique is not responsible for lost packages, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).We suggest going directly to the USPS closest to your home with the tracking information, the carrier will have to provide details of where exactly the package was delivered. Calling may not be as effective. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS
